Trip Leader; James O’Connell;
1000 hrs; meet at Flynn’s Grave car park for pre-start briefing.
1030 hrs; Scavenger Hunt commences.
Everyone will be split into teams. Each team will be given a mascot and the same list of challenges to complete. Which challenges you choose to complete and the order in which you do them will be up to the teams. Each challenge will be worth a varying amount of points depending on difficulty/time taken to complete. Photo evidence with your mascot visible in the shot is to be sent to me by email/SMS for points to be awarded. The scavenger hunt will end and last photos must be received by 4:30pm. Allowing around an hour for people to organise them selves before dinner.

Presentation Dinner
5:30pm Meet at venue yet to be determined (possibly golf club) for a meal and a few drinks to have presentations, share war stories etc and go through some of the better photos.

What to expect
Challenges will range from very mild to difficult and depending on which challenges you team chooses to attempt there is a possibility of low rage difficult 4wding, recoveries etc. Please everyone operate on UHF Channel 10.

• UHF Radio will be very helpful, please advise if you require the use of a club hand held.
