Dear Members,
As of Saturday 13th November 2021, pursuant to CHO mandate (CHO COVID-19 directions (No. 55) 2021, and amendment by COVID-19 Direction (no. 81) 2021).
The executive committee of the Outback 4wd club inc. hereby declare all members (associate members, guest members, full members, partners, spouses, life members, and persons covered by single and/or family memberships excluding children 12 years and under) as of the 13th of November 2021 MUST have had their first COVID-19 vaccination, and by the 24th of December 2021 MUST have had their second vaccination, unless you have an exemption from a federally authorised heath practitioner.
Evidence of your vaccination status must be sighted by an Outback 4wd club inc. executive committee member via email, photo message, or in person (we will not keep a copy of your vaccination certificate). Our responsibility as the Outback 4wd club inc. executive committee is to collect information about our members vaccination status and keep a register of this and to make available for an authorized officer upon request failure to do so will result in a fine to each of the executive committee members.
If a member is non-compliant with the Northern Territory CHO COVID-19 directions (No. 55) 2021, and amendment by COVID-19 Direction (no. 81) 2021 or has not provided evidence of their vaccination status or exemption, the member will not be permitted to attend any club events including meetings, trips, functions, or activities as organised by or associated with the Outback 4wd club inc.
The executive committee have received information and advice from the CHO and the 4wd NT Association.
