July monthly day trip Anna’s Reservoir take 2

This trip is now closed off and will not be allowing further RSVPs**.
The run to Anna’s Reservoir will take us about 2 hrs and will not take us past The Aileron Road house. We will make divert to the road house afterwards before returning to Asp. Trip leader James
I’m Going to start doing regular day trip on the last Sunday of the month again.

Anna’s Reservoir Conservation Reserve take two. (Pending access approvals)
Due to our first attempt being cancelled due to Covid 19 we will have another go.
Due to the permits no RSVPs will be taken after Saturday the 18th

Rough trip plan
9:30 Meet North end Shell truck stop for 10:00 departure.
Travel 130km north on the Stuart Hwy to Aileron road house, call in for a bathroom break and last minute supplies.
40km west on station roads to Anna’s Reservoir.
Have a picnic lunch at the waterhole (not sure if there will be water).
After lunch return home via the same route.

Please bring enough food water etc for the day.
Trip will max 400 km total with fuel available at Aileron.
