We all met on the Saturday afternoon at Ross River Resort, approximately 70km east of Alice Springs, for our annual Xmas in July.

The weather during the day was warm and there were noticeably less flies than usual.

We set up the fire around 3pm, so those who wished to cook on the campfire could have some decent coal.

Although a smaller group than usual, we managed to cook up a feast with beautiful roast pork belly, spuds/sweet potato, fish, and KFC for entree! Dessert included trifle, biscuits and cake :)

We sat around the hot, toasty campfire as the night grew colder, with a few drinks, good food and merry company.
