We will meet at 9.45am at the Heavy Tree Gap servo for a prompt 10.00am start. We intend on driving the Owen Springs loop – driving south down the Stuart Highway, through Owen Springs Reserve and back via Larapinta Drive.

Prizes will be awarded to the best dressed person and car – Australia Day themed of course!!

On arrival back into town, we will make our way to Double Tree Hilton where a BBQ has been reserved for us from 1.00pm and the bar will be open. Meat will be provided by the Club. Just bring your bathers for a dip in the pool.

Please bring recovery equipment and plenty of drinking water for the drive.

Remember this is a family friendly event, and Double Tree has generously allowed us onto their premises for Australia Day, so please respect other guests and staff, and purchase your drinks from the bar.
