What a great night! We met at Flynn’s Grave at 5pm and drove up the Widow maker and onwards to the lookout for pizza! The sky was amazing with the dark cloud cover and orange sky line.

There were 6 vehicles in all – 3 Jeep’s, 1 Nissan, an FJ cruiser and a Triton. Matt in the FJ headed back to Alice after the pizza, but the rest of us went on for a night drive through the side scraper.

Having driven it before during the day and from the other direction, it was certainly different (and a little nerve wracking) driving it at night. Fortunately, we all got through without damaging our vehicles.

We are looking forward to the next pizza on the hill event – it was good fun with a good bunch of people and plenty of laughs.
