Market day and stalls at Telegraph Station-Damper cooking

Rosie and I headed out to Telegraph Station and started to prepare the first doughs. Some ingredients later and the wood fires oven heated up we produced damper on damper.
Plain with sultanas, with lemonade, with yeast, marzipan and Nutella.
They didn’t really had time to cool down. Lots of interesting conversations were had.
Some interests in tag along as passenger on club trips was voiced.
We were later joined by Dianne and then Kyal. This gave us a bit of a breather.
Finally at 1.30pm the kitchen was cleaned and boxes packed.
It has been a bit of a different trip but very enjoyable in deed.
