We started the day at Heavy tree gap, we headed south along the Stuart highway, turned west and travelled along the Owen springs reserve track.
We stopped quickly at the haunted tree bore and old homestead to take in the history before continuing back to Alice Springs where we had a bbq at the Double Tree by Hilton and swam around in the pool, there was a few drinks, a mountain of sausages and a whole heap of laughs for the afternoon.

Ian Thompson won both prizes of best dressed car and best dressed Auzzie.
