Five vehicles met on the black top on Undoolya Road. Dan, Rhys, Vinnie, James, Tash, David, Nina, Julius and I went up the short way and tackled the few obstacles without losses. On the plateau we were joined by Leo.
There we set up camp and started cooking. There we were joint efforts from James, Leo and myself.
After everyone was well and truly full we enjoyed the paintings on the clouds. It was a breathtaking sunset. Later we got a light show from a thunderstorm over the West Mac’s.
A it got dark and the lightning came closer we drove back to town.
Another great evening and farewell to my Canadian student Julius.
